"What's the difference between flat rate and premium?"

I am sorry to say, my dear readers, that this will likely be the last post you'll read about Roommate John for a while.

The truth is that I am moving out of my dorm today, and in so doing, I am leaving Roommate John behind.

This is bad news for me, but it is also bad news for you. If not for John, I don't know what I would have put on my blog most of the time this year. So now my posts will probably be a lot less interesting.

You all know by now that John is a real character. Whether he's talking (or singing) in his sleep, lint-rolling the carpet, or trying to understand the nature of life and love, John is a constant source of amusement.

But what you probably don't know, because you don't live with him, is that John is also an excellent roommate and a great person.

Yesterday, I came into the room and John was eating an orange. "This orange is so good, Jordan" he said. Now, if John wasn't so nice, he would have saved all the delicious oranges for himself. But John was so nice and so he gave me some pieces, which were very delicious indeed.

Next semester John is going to Shanghai, where I hope he will enjoy a fun year far, far away from Stern, become immersed in the culture and language, and meet the woman of his dreams, preferably in an Asian-LatinAmerican fusion club.

I will miss him. I wish him all the best and you should too.
